About the event
is a low pressure opportunity for adult dance educators to flip the script and spend a day much like their students! A full day of dance, and awesome dance educator vendors, a 3 minute walk from the Sechelt Pier and downtown Sechelt's famous Artisan Market and gourmet treats; it's sure to be a day of Sun and Fun! We strongly believe the best educators are up to date, regularly nourishing their own passion, and supported by the community. While Dance Outdoor Day does not aim to be preachy in nature, or teach educators how to instruct, we hope to cultivate a day of dance that will give everyone a chance to get back to why they loved to dance in the first place, and make lasting connections with fellow educators.
